Not only is SPCA located in parts of Hong Kong, but different parts of the world. Furthermore, SPCA is at the international level, it has 45 organizations located in varieties of areas worldwide. This includes Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania (Source). In result of all the above details explained, SPCA are the one’s who can truly help the animals.
